LocalRamu application which is launched by [highlight]Tyagi Santosh[/highlight], Alumnus of NIE Mysore The application intends to give ease to gain access to the Local professionals who are needed in daily life like water delivery, electrician, plumber, carpenter, house cleaners, electronics repair etc. [highlight]app[/highlight] went live in March-2016 with 15 categories services, Now LocalRamu Providing 18 categories services, that contain all sorts of services that may be required in our everyday life and to utilize these services one has to use the LocalRam application.

Problems and their solutions

As application name reflect LocalRamu i.e whatever service consumer need they will get from their near by local technician or Service providers, be it 20 ltr water can delivery , electrician, plumber, or any handyman service , you will get the required technician or service provider from your localities within few minutes only.

According to Tyagi Santosh CEO of LocalRamu “We have designed a solution to cater our customers in the best possible way. ‘You name it, we have it.’” While talking about how LocalRamu was ideated, he says, It is a result of the problems I used to face and I wanted to provide a solution to the society. Tyagi cited two instances from his life when he badly felt the need of some easiest solution at his fingertips to connect with repairing service providers. Once his bike got punctured and he had to push his bike for almost three kilometers to a shop. Once there was a short circuit in his previous organization and no one was able to work due to power disruption, No local electrician was available for immediate service. Finally an electrician came to their rescue after a few unproductive hours. Thus he thought of LocalRamu as the next big thing that our society need.” Whatever service you need our service provider will be at your place within 30 minutes.

Start up Growth and future plans:

Recently LocalRamu achieved operational profitability just in a short span of time, with growth month on month more than 2x factor. Localramu working on both segments B2C as well as in B2B, on Both segments they are trying to be a one stop solution of all type of services, Localramu introducing new categories services based on demand of their existing customers. About Expansion in to other cities, Santosh Tyagi told “Till Sep-2016, we have to make our presence in each n every corner of Bangalore, and homologous we are working on our product side also. After Sep-2016, every month we will expand in one new city and all Cities operations will be handled from Bangalore only. In Which city localramu going to live in September, On this Santosh told we already identified 10 cities, out of these 10 cities let see which one will be the first, as of now I not have exact data for announcement, so wait and watch.
