As said by the Steve Cistulli, the president and GM of TCL Communications in North America, “We look forward to unveiling details around this distinctly different and impressively designed BlackBerry smartphone around the Mobile World Congress timeframe next month.” In last year’s September Blackberry announced that it would completely stop preparing smartphones and instead it will outsource the design and license the brand to third parties.
