Panasonic Toughpad Smartphones Launched At Rs 99000 in India

You won’t need any other protective covers from now. On 22nd February Panasonic Toughpad smartphones and a tablet were launched in the market.

The phones are Toughpad FZ F1 and Toughpad FZ N1, and a tablet is called Toughpad FZ A2. Extreme sturdiness and also durability are the premium features of these three devices.

Specifications of Panasonic Toughpad smartphones

Speaking of the specifications of the smartphones, the Toughpad FZ F1 runs on Windows 10, while the FZ N1 runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. Apart from this, the specifications are same. Both the Panasonic Toughpad smartphones are available with an Octa-core 2.3 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 SoC processor and a 2GB RAM.

The display sizes for both the devices are 4.7 inches.The devices have a resolution of 720*1280 pixels. The battery capacity is not known yet. Reports suggest that the battery can deliver more than 1400 hours of standby time. There is an inbuilt storage facility of 16GB. It supports all networks starting from 2G to 4G LTE. Other than these, the phones also have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth facilities like any other standard smartphones.

One more feature of these two Panasonic Toughpad smartphones will come with angular 1D/2D barcode reader facility. The feature is helpful for industry oriented market of manufacturing, transportation, and retail and healthcare. The Panasonic Toughpad smartphones have got an 8MP primary camera with flash and a 5 MP secondary camera. The price of Android device is Rs 99,000, and the price for Windows device is Rs 1, 09,000.

The specs of the tablet include Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Enterprise Security. There is also an Intel 1.44 GHz Atom X5 Z8550 processor and it comes with 4GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The display of the tab is 10.1 inch with a flexible business customization options.

The connectivity options include a GPS, Bluetooth, and NFC. There is an 8MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary camera. Panasonic mobile was popular in India but not on an international level. Thus, it can also be a good attempt for the Panasonic mobile sector to grab the attention of more customers. But looking at the Panasonic mobile price range, it can be difficult for the company to sell out a huge number of units in this year.
