High-level security in Samsung secure folder app

The Samsung secure folder app uses a “defense grade” Knox security platform for creating a private and encrypted space for users. You can store images, files, videos and documents and secure them with this app. The private and personal files are encrypted.

According to Samsung, “Apps and data moved to Secure Folder are sandboxed separately on the device and gain an additional layer of security and privacy, thus further protecting them from malicious attacks.” Now, the users will get options of making copies and then access them through other profiles. You can keep the browsing history for apps in the secure folder separate from apps outside.

The company says it will extend the secure folder app support to other Samsung mobile phones. The Galaxy ones are preferable with Android Nougat.
