After the huge success of WhatsApp’s Voice Calling feature, today the company has introduced Video Calling feature for Windows Phone users. This feature is not available for iOS and Android. But according to a report from Maktechblog show, they will soon add video calling feature for iOS and Android. The Video Calling feature for iOS and android will be enabled via Skype. In addition to that, WhatsApp will get unified look after the integration with Skype.
The feature was first reported by Spanish website, OneWindows, “WhatsApp Beta users on Windows Phone can make video calls on the application.” You don’t have to uninstall the app and reinstall it to activate the video calling feature. Just you to click on the call button, then two options will appear Video and Voice Call. So, You have to select the Video option to make a Video Call. Furthermore, You can also interchange between the front and rear cameras during the video call. There is a mute option available during the video call.
