Xiaomi has launched its latest fitness device, the Mi Band HRX Edition. The Mi Band has been brought to users in partnership with Hrithik Roshan’s brand HRX and is priced at Rs 1,299. The new fitness band went on sale from 18th September 2017 and was made available on Myntra, Flipkart, and Amazon from 20th September 2017.

The new Xiaomi Mi Band HRX Edition features an OLED display that projects data like time, steps taken, distance covered and calories burnt. It is also equipped with a pedometer for accurate steps and exercise measurement. The device also alerts the user if you have been idle for long. The Mi Band HRX Edition will also alert the user to take short walks, water breaks and much more. Besides this, it also calculates the time of sleep.
Other features of the Mi Band include splash resistant, sends calls, notification alerts and unlock the Android smartphone which has been paired without any password or fingerprint. The Mi Band HRX Edition is supported by Bluetooth 4.0 and offer 23 days of battery life, however, miss out a heart rate monitor.
It is heated up to 70°C for 128 hours for heat testing and also cold tested for the same number of hours under -20°C. Mi Band HRX Edition was dropped 12 times from a 1.2m height on a flat marble surface for drop and break test. The band is tested against corrosion too by dipping into petroleum jelly and left under observation for 24 hours.

Mi Band HRX Edition comes with a 70mAh Lithium polymer battery with 23 days life. It has got IP67 water-resistance rating and weight 7.0g. The band is compatible with Android 4.4 smartphones and Apple devices with iOS 7.0 and above with Bluetooth 4.0 support.
