Xiaomi Mi 6 is all set to make its debut on 19th April 2017. From the specs and features, it’s definitely going to be on hell of a phone. Well, it has got one major competitor, the Samsung Galaxy S8. It’s also releasing on the same day. The next-gen flagship smartphone of Xiaomi is set to launch at an event in Beijing in China. The company will leave no stones unturned to create hype for the phone. Though Samsung has got a dedicated fan base, but if you are looking for a robust smartphone in a certain budget, then Xiaomi is just the perfect company to check out.
The latest teaser for Xiaomi Mi 6 states that the phone will come with 6GB RAM and dual back cameras. Well, we can say it’s official because, on their official Weibo account, Xiaomi already posted new teaser videos. It suggests that the new Xiaomi Mi 6 will come with a 6GB RAM. The teaser also shows a dual rear camera setup.
Xiaomi Mi 6 price and specifications
Speaking of the specifications, the new Xiaomi phone will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 Octacore processor and 6GB RAM. It is identical to the processor of Samsung Galaxy S8. See? Told you, Samsung will face a good competition from Xiaomi and it might even cut some sales of Samsung. On the storage side, Xiaomi Mi 6 will have 128GB of Internal memory.
The Xiaomi Mi 6 price will start at CNY 2199 (Rs 20,500) and it will go up to CNY 2599 (Rs 24,200). For more details on specs, you can have a look at our previous article. We already mentioned that the phone will come with 4GB RAM, but that was not official yet. Xiaomi finally confirmed on their Weibo account that the phone will have 6GB RAM. The Mi 6 will also come with a 12MP dual camera and an 8MP secondary camera. On 19th April, Xiaomi is also releasing, Mi Max 2 Phablet along with the smartphone.
